Event Vendor Quote Review

Different vendor quotes rarely describe the same scope in the same way. This service organizes up to three readable English quotes into one comparison so you can see the numbers and the unanswered questions together.

What you receive

One Excel comparison covering quoted totals, delivery or travel, included runtime, add-ons, deposits, payment timing, cancellation language, and other terms visible in the supplied quotes.

One concise list of missing, inconsistent, or unclear items to confirm directly with each vendor. One consolidated in-scope correction round is included.

Fixed scope

Up to three readable English vendor quotes totaling no more than 15 pages. Delivery within two business days after complete files, written scope acceptance, and verified payment. Price: $29 USD, one-time.

Email lksah2026@gmail.com with the page count and file types before paying. Do not send passwords, bank details, government identifiers, medical records, credential lists, or unrelated personal information.

Fictional example

Example Vendor A: $1,399 for three hours. Example Vendor B: $1,500 for three hours with a nonrefundable deposit. Example Vendor C: $1,350 but only two hours, with deposit and cancellation terms unstated. The review would flag that the lowest total is not the same scope and identify the missing terms.

Limits

EIP does not negotiate, contact vendors, verify vendor claims, select a vendor, certify insurance, interpret law or contracts, or provide legal, tax, insurance, safety, or financial advice. You make the decision and confirm all terms directly with each vendor.

Terms of Service

By placing an order through the Rodeo Mechanical Bulls Merchandise Store, you agree to these terms. Merchandise is produced on demand and may be fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners. Product images are representative; minor differences in print placement, garment shade, or screen color may occur. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, and fraud review. Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Personalized merchandise requires accurate names, dates, locations, logos, wording, and other customization details from the customer. Once a personalized item enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Rodeo Mechanical Bulls names, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, and original merchandise designs remain protected intellectual property. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Refund & Return Policy

Most merchandise is produced on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or an incorrect size or color selected by the customer. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact rodeomechanicalbulls@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos when relevant. Approved claims will receive an appropriate replacement or refund. Personalized or custom event merchandise is final sale once production begins except for manufacturing defects, damage, misprints, or an incorrect item caused by us or our fulfillment partner. Do not send merchandise to a fulfillment facility unless return instructions are provided first.

Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to operate the store and fulfill orders, including contact, billing, shipping, order, and customer-service information. Payment data is processed by Wix and/or the applicable payment provider. Information may be shared with Wix, payment processors, print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, and professional advisers only as reasonably necessary to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Shipping Policy

We currently offer merchandise shipping within the United States. Products are made on demand, so delivery time includes production plus carrier transit. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or unclaimed package may be the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact rodeomechanicalbulls@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
